Medical Office Buildings of Atlanta Database

Metro Atlanta – MOBATL database is now on-line. We are excited to provide health care professionals with the ability to access a database of medical office buildings (MOB) greater than 10,000 square feet that are available for sale and/or lease. The buildings can be queried based on numerous criteria to include Area, County, Property Name, Address, Square Feet, and Rental Rates. Along with property information we have included pictures and an integrated map with a list of medical practices and tenants at each location. While the database and search function is straight forward some helpful hints for looking up your next MOB include:

• Access the database from http://www.mobatl.com/ top bar navigation button at the upper right labeled “MOB Database”.
• Searching by All Fields is the easiest way to make a quick list. However, entering “Atlanta” will search all fields including Property, Address, City, Area, etc., returning results of over 300 properties. Selecting a specific field like Address or Area my provide more meaningful, targeted results 
• The ten primary areas include Buckhead, Central Perimeter, Downtown, Midtown, North Fulton, Northeast Atlanta, Northlake, Northwest Atlanta, South Atlanta and West Atlanta. To narrow the geography of a search it is useful to search by county or city. Entering a street name and/or number narrows the search even further.
• The search function will either search for “All Fields” or one defined field per search. At this time there are no multiple, simultaneous field searches.
• Click “Apply Filter” to start search. Click “Reset Filter” to reset filter.
• Each column on the results index page can be sorted by the description of each including Property, Address, Area, Property Sq Ft, Min Sq Ft, Max Sq Ft and Rent Sq Ft.
• For a detailed summary of each property click “View” in the left most column of the results index page next to the property picture.
• Navigation text at the top of the property view will return to “Index Page” or direct to “Prior Record” or “Next Record”.
• Clicking on the map will open a new window with an expanded, detailed map view along with a list of medical groups and tenants at the address of each MOB.
• Use your web browser print function. Print preview is always best and selecting shrink to 70% works well. Browsers and print functions vary.
